Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the work we do. If something's not right, we'd rather hear about it and fix it than leave you stuck with a service you're not getting value from.

If you're not happy with the work within 30 days of paying, get in touch and we'll sort a refund. No hoops to jump through and no awkward conversations — just drop us a message explaining what went wrong.

A couple of sensible caveats: refunds cover the work we agreed to do at the start. If you've asked us to take on extra tasks along the way, those sit outside the original scope and are billed separately, so they're not part of the refund. And if the work's already been completed and signed off, we'll look at it case by case rather than automatically refunding.

Before asking for a refund, it's often worth a quick chat. Nine times out of ten we can clear things up, fix whatever's gone sideways, or explain what's been done and why. We're a small team and we'd rather put things right than lose a customer.

To start a refund, contact us using the details below. We'll come back to you within a couple of working days, and if your request is within the 30-day window we'll process the refund back to your original payment method.
